Where are Momofuku Goods products manufactured?
Our products are developed in the Momofuku Culinary Lab in NYC and produced with high-quality partners globally, including our noodles which are made in Taiwan using traditional air-drying methods.
Are your products vegan or vegetarian friendly?
Many of our products, including our Chili Crunch and several varieties of our air-dried noodles, are vegan. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed dietary information.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the continental United States usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do I need to refrigerate Chili Crunch after opening?
Momofuku Chili Crunch is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration after opening. We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place to maintain its optimal texture and flavor profile.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring Momofuku Goods to flavor-seekers in more countries in the near future.
